Perry, all you have to do is be yourself. I'm sure that you are a kind and loving guy! Just show that side of you to her. Try to hang out with her more so that she knows you better and maybe in time develops the same feelings for you. At that point, then you can start to hint towards how you like her and see if she feels the same. For relationship tips, I think that you should be a romantic, sweet, caring boyfriend.
